Of a truth, sometimes they don't present a more technical staff to be part of the panel to ascertain the right candidates, During my observation, I got to know some trainees who have little ideas rather got the chance, whiles those with rich experience are left out and don't even get a chance for the interview due to probably ATS selection of CVs.
