Putting Your Communication First

Putting Your Communication First

Massages, meditation, meandering in nature.

All refreshing for us zippy folks trying to stuff 5 pounds of junk into a 3-pound bag.

And when our priorities are off, we're not refreshed.

We're ready to drop. ??

So if you've been zoned in on copywriting, sales funnels, and dancing on TikTok, let's step back for a sec.

Sure, copy, funnels, and reels are all forms of communication.

??There's something underneath though that most entrepreneurs and leaders refuse to address.??

They don't want to "go there."

It's funny that today the word foundation is all over my world. ??

Getting to the foundation—the root of our communication—isn't in copy, funnels, or reels. It's got nothing to do with how you created your marketing strategy.

Because from my experience, marketing and business development (sales) shouldn't be first.

YOU have to be first. You have to be numero uno.

Your marketing and sales start and end with your...

  • Self-talk
  • Confidence
  • Limiting beliefs

When the steps aren't in the right order, we wobble. ?

The foundation isn't built on solid ground. We don't feel safe.

It's always amazing how quickly things shift when I commit to prioritizing how I show up in the world.

Life gets easy. Things jive.

  • New clients fall into my lap.
  • Speaking engagements come out of the blue.
  • A surprise check is in the mailbox.
  • A friend asks me to take over their Facebook group with 1,700 people already in it.

Cray cray. In a good way!

This has never happened when I am internally out-of-whack and wobbly.

??Here's the bottom line. Market and plan all you want for 2023.

Get the priority list in order so you can kick some arse.

And whatever goal or task is at the top, pencil in your name above it.

Cause when you get your internal communication and house in order, watch out world.

Abundance will come your way. ??

And I'm not talking "just" about money.

You'll see opportunities, ease, fulfillment, creativity, growth, and gratitude. (I kid you not; message me and we'll talk.)

It's not selfish. It's essential.
