It is truly a cognitive state one has to keep positive selftalk and trying to surround ourselves with individuals who lift us up and provide support and positivity. However, it starts in our own mind. I do a mind decluttering it is extremely helpful! The best to all of you!

Ps that is no matter how hectic the environment no matter what the spce of time. My doctor now calling himself my professor counsels me nobody is perfect that is true to the underdog..

The horrible task I am putting off is having to be an orator to think.i think I can prove people think without speaking. Hunched down in a conducive atmosphere with superior rank above and me on a iPad is the experiment. If a person walks into in this case a Starbucks and I have good serotonin and my eye places that person in personal memory they can function the iPad to look up what is relevant to that person no matter how hectic the environment short of a fight.
