12/10 BRIEFING TRUMP 2.0

The briefing noted US GDP at 3.3% and CPI at 2.7% but warned of potential inflation and deficit issues. (video, podcast)

UPGRADED DEAL PIPELINES

ACCESS. Qualified Purchasers, approved on updating or submitting our Diagnostic, can access our External Pipeline, with links to decks and to schedule meetings.

Meanwhile, all can see the No Name Pipeline, excerpt below.

https://361firm.com/nonamedeals
https://361firm.com/nonamedeals
https://361firm.com/nonamedeals
https://361firm.com/nonamedeals

PIPELINE

Our pipeline looks rather different today than it did a few years ago. We approach from both the buy-side (forming funds or SPVs into funds/companies) and the sell-side where we have 40+ active mandates with funds and companies (some are between vintages or rounds).

CREDIT.? Today,?the majority of capital raised or deployed is still in?private credit, largely via?funds,?and we are adding more credit funds (litigation finance, specialty niche areas like law firm receivables, space), as well as direct credit deals, such as a $35M GP buyout (Project Stone)?below.?When our VC clients closed their rounds recently, they, too, welcomed some private credit to accelerate growth ahead of their next rounds (e.g.,?Project Charger,?Project Payback,?and?Space Perspectives,?which just received a $15M commitment from?Richard Branson).

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE? is, of course, "du jour," and AI funds keep trucking. We have special direct access to?Perplexity?and?OpenAI.?

DEFENSE - DUAL USE - SEMICONDUCTORS.?With wars afoot, the defense, dual-use, and semiconductor space keeps growing - e.g., a UK drone producer, three specialist funds, and a credit fund with a lot of exposure to cybersecurity.

ENERGY / INDUSTRIALS. We have both a contrarian O&G Secondaries fund (with a first close at ~$150M), an energy transition fund, a tire/rubber recycling company, copper mines, LFP battery manufacturing in Europe, and, again, a credit angle with a focus on natural resources.?

HEALTHCARE. We have a pre-IPO company in breath diagnostics, an AI personalized care company, a caregiver App, and?Blueprint for Kids, an app program for K-12 schools focused on mental health and EQ.

PUBLIC MARKETS.?As for hedge funds, we have a high-conviction US equities manager, one focused on Eurasian Recovery (ex-Russia), and the former head of AI-ML at Aberdeen scaling AUM with a fintech angle as well to license to wealth managers.

REAL ESTATE. We have a last-mile logistics REIT (aims for 6% annual net yield and 18-22% net IRR over 5 years), a pre-IPO company focused on wellness, and, again, a credit angle via another fund.

If any of the deals or areas above are of interest, reach out to Mark Sanor at [email protected].

ONBOARD DEALS

You can onboard deals via 361firm.com/onb. Some aspects can be added to the No Name Pipeline if you and we approve. If approved by the client, mandated funds and companies are added to our Deal Database Shared with 4K+ Allocators which attest to QP status via our Diagnostic.

WhatsApp Groups: 361.pub/WApp

Per our LinkedIn post on this, before we re-launch our App, as we already have 1K+ in our WhatsApp Groups (600+ in the Main Group), here are some key principles to follow:

Rule 1: These forums are here to teach, not pitch.?Do NOT promote deals (for FINRA compliance), or really anything as it's bad etiquette. As such, share news or insights to help our community understand the investment and the philanthropic landscape, or bona fide questions or ideas about our events or initiatives

Rule 2: Keep fun "stuff" and references to non-361 events to the Social Group

You can see the full list of 361 Chat Groups at https://361.pub/WApp.

361Firm's global community collaborates on investing and philanthropy, and has grown organically since 2015 to over 10,000 participants in 500+ events in 90+ cities in 20+ countries, and now online several times per week. Expanding from its historical core of single-family offices, 361 now also includes institutional investors, fund managers, CXOs, and thought leaders.

WHAT DOES 361FIRM DO? We focus on four areas:

(1) Investing via Allocator Sessions and Surveys, to 361Core platform (co-creating funds, SPVs)

(2) Raising Capital for funds and companies via our broker-dealer platform (www.361firm.com/onb);

(3) Connecting Partners (business development) and Talent (CIOs, CXOs); and

(4) Optimizing Philanthropy, interconnecting for synergies, NextGens and Impact

WHAT IS THE HISTORY OF 361FIRM?

361Firm was founded by Mark Sanor in 2015 after (a) 10 years with a single-family office investing into and with funds and co-investing with other FOs and (b) 10 years as a lawyer and M&A Partner at Andersen and EY in Europe/Asia.

“360” stems from hosting roundtables since 2005 when Mark moved back from Europe to New York, first for his alumni networks (Denison, U-Michigan, Leiden, INSEAD) and then family office circles. It also captures our approach to forming circles for not only events but also deals

"One Firm" comes from the global collaborative culture of Andersen where Mark was a partner. Being global enables us to understand investment landscapes but also to collaborate cross-border.

Mark Sanor

361Firm global community, investing & philanthropy. 10K+ SFOs, Institutional Investors, Funds & CXOs. Events in 100+ cities, 20+ countries.
