Put some "art" in it

After two years of creating a new habit, I will publish my first novel.
It has nothing to do with my professional career, or to my current goals and activities; or that is how it looks.
Having a side project, just for the pure goal of pushing your creativity above your comfort level, is exactly what we all need in this VUCA world.
I learned this from my former bosses: Fernando Gutierrez Ahrensburg and Alberto Laris. Both of them devoted time to artistic endeavors, either action painting or craftsmanship. And every time they were dealing with stressful situations, they defused that anxiety through planning their next work of art.
Is not that you need to be a renowned artist to do this, and you certainly do not need to make a new income out of your art. It is a two-way street: the more energy and effort you put into an artistic project, the more creativity and calmness you will bring into your everyday life.
It is like physical exercise, the more effort you put into keeping your body in good shape, the more your presence will positively affect your future clients, investors and partners.
We all want to be around people who project this aura of fulfillment, let art be another tool to accomplish your goal.
