Purveyors of Truth

Purveyors of Truth

“One isn't necessarily born with courage, but one is born with potential. Without courage, we cannot practice any other virtue with consistency. We can't be kind, true, merciful, generous, or honest.” – Maya Angelou (1988)

Carriers and purveyors of truth walk many paths, venturing forth to plant seeds, shine light, and nurture. They do not arrive in fine garments or with imposing forms, as one might expect. Often, we fail to recognize the harbingers, messengers, and vessels of love, compassion, and the sublime among us.

Yet, the most important factor remains: are we prepared to receive and accept Truth, regardless of its presentation or lack of pageantry and regalia? Truth, when embraced by the heart and mind, nurtures the soul. It requires courage to accept and act upon Truth. Are you ready?
