In the pursuit of the truth

The illusion is that we have been taught, is that we need to become someone, in order for us to feel worthy, accepted and loved

We have bought into a false reality, an illusion, that if you do not fit the mould, or the template, if you do not get married, have children, work hard, sacrifice your life for others, achieve great abundance then you are not a successful person, who is admired and looked up to by other people.

We live in a construction, formed by society that we all adhere to like sheep.. We think we are unique and free but we are controlled and manipulated. 

We are born into a system and we don’t even realise it, we just believe it is the way it should be and we never question anything but if we never question anything then we will never awaken and we will simply remain puppets controlled by someone else’s imagination. 

What does it even mean to to awaken?  To awaken means to me, to be able to start seeing through though the illusion that we are living, to understand, that since we we where born, we have been raised to conform, to fit in, and to comply to a system

We are all completely hypnotised and controlled through the manipulation of fear.. We are set up to be anxious, to feel inadequate, to need external people and resources to validate us

But the truth is.......Who we are all seeking is our selves 

The person you are seeking to love you, to validate you, to understand you......is “You” 

We are all seeking to fill those internal voids within us, from other people, over drinking, over eating, constantly buying more stuff.. to fill you up... to make you feel......something ..... crying out... hear me.... see me.... validate me.... accept me.... love me.... 

And the reason we do that is because we are still small children, pretending to be adults but looking towards other people to give us meaning and the acceptance and love and validation that we never received as children. 

The only way we will ever truly heal ourselves is to go within and to detach from all the caos and to liberate ourselves. 

And that inward journey can only ever be achieved and completed by yourself, and there are no short cuts or hacks to go within and truly know thy self, regardless of what you have been told. 

When you awaken to your true self, and feel whole and complete you will never feel the need to manipulate another person, or hold them responsible for your happiness, and you will allow others the freedom to be who they want to be and not, have to conform or to control anyone in order for YOU to feel safe and secure. 

To truly awaken, is to go beyond the matrix of reality and to see things as they really are

Dare to question “why do you believe things are the way they are? who made these so called rules and regulations that we all adhere to? and more importantly “Why do you believe everything that you are told” 

If you are to afraid to ask questions, and to speak your truth, then you will never truly awaken and evolve in this life time 

To change, means to transform and go within and change YOUR.... relationship with yourself
