The pursuit of perpetual value creation.

I tried writing a long article but I found solace is making it short and crisp. Here are top 14 questions which can help you in your pursuit of perpetual value creation.

1.     Value is not what you deliver, but what customer draws from it; do you know what your customer want?

2.     Innovation is cool but what are you doing with it?

3.     The word is pursuit, so are you in pursuit or are you following?

4.     Know what your customer wants and what your team can deliver; do you have the self-realization of your capacity & capability?

5.     Everyone is listening are you speaking the right stuff?

6.     Are you giving sh*t to mediocracy?

7.     Slow is not bad, fast may be; do you know what they are?

8.     Big wins matter, small wins count; what are you pursuing?

9.     Every interaction is an experience, are you placing your best foot forward?

10.  Technology is not the solution, mindset is; accept it?

11.  Are you doing things right and are your value your guiding light?

12.  Are you respecting diversity and being inclusive?

13.  Change can be extrinsic or intrinsic; are you ready to accept it?

14.  Do you know when to call off what you and your team started, losing is not bad, it’s the sign of exhibiting courage?
