Welcome to our #WomenWhoBalance series, where we highlight how women expertly balance work with life. Today, on the occasion of International Women's Day, we have the pleasure of introducing Elizabeth P. Ferreras to share her unique and inspiring experiences with us.

Hi Elizabeth, can you tell us a little bit about your role? What does your typical workday look like??

I am the Assistance Operations Manager for the Inbound Telemarketing Department (IBTM). Typically, my workday starts with managing my whole team. I always make it a point to personally communicate with them every day to maintain a good rapport and ensure they have a comfortable workplace environment.?

How do you like to unwind after work? Talk to us about the activities or hobbies that you enjoy.

When I get some free time after work, I love spending time with my family. I always cook for them and we enjoy watching TV together. I also watch a lot of cooking videos to enhance my cooking skills and spend a lot of time browsing on social media to know more about what's happening around the world.?

Is there someone in your life who helps you relax or de-stress after a long day at work? Can you tell me about them??

It's definitely my family! They are my stress relievers. They turn anything negative into something positive. When I am around them, they make me feel safe, secure and loved. Undoubtedly, they are the biggest treasure in my life because of the support and love that I receive from them every day.?

Can you share your personal experience on how Allsec has contributed to helping you maintain this balance??

I would like to express how Allsec has not only been helpful for me, but also for my family. As a single mother for the past 6 years, Allsec has provided me with the means to fulfil my family's needs while also boosting my self-esteem. I used to be hesitant to enter the BPO industry due to my lack of confidence, but Allsec gave me the chance and opened doors for a newbie like me who had no prior experience. I worked hard and did my best to earn the trust that Allsec had placed in me. Now, I am proud to say that I am one of the best, but I am still continuously learning and growing to take advantage of the opportunities that Allsec has to offer.
