We often hear it from people around that the Meditation can help us to reach the higher consciousness and increases our sense of knowing and understanding everything at a deep level. We are usually a part of illusion and we keep thinking, worrying and do not realise the importance of present moment. We often think about the past moments, past issues, past chapters or future moments. We usually dream about future and while thinking about the past and future we forget "Now".

Yes we do not remember the current moment, the current time and we ended up spoiling the current moment. Exactly, we really need to focus on what is going on right now, what could be done to improve my present situation, what should be done to start something better at the moment rather than thinking about what has happened already or what will tomorrow bring.

When we think about the past and future, that is when we are in illusion. We do not understand it on this 3D earth, to come out of the illusion and to come back to the reality we really need to know our inner self, we really need to connect with our soul and we really need to see everything with high consciousness. We have to come to high vibrations and how do we understand that we are in high vibrations, to come to high vibrations we need to understand our soul, we need to listen to our inner voice and Meditation is the only way that can connect us to our soul and the inner voice.

How do we know that we are now connecting at the high vibration level. When the animals are getting attracted towards you, when children's are interested in talking to you, when you see that everything around is beautiful, when you have interest in nature, birds, animals, Sun, Moon and everything which came from nature. When you start loving Mother Earth, when you start realising the depth of Mother earth and nature, this is when you are in high vibrations and heightened awareness.

When you start taking interest in Stars, Moon, Sun and Galaxies. When you are no more bothered by the behaviour of people around and you come to the path of spirituality. when you love to be alone, enjoy your own company, when everyone around you does not feel like bothering you and more and more people reach out to you by looking at your natural charm.

Meditation is the key that helps you to connect with your very basic nature, bring you out of illusion, increases the awareness of everything around you, when you have interest in spirit world and you when you realise that every living being has equal right on this planet earth as you and when you consider everyone equal to you.

Meditation connects you to supreme power, you come close to your divine power, you understand the powerful strong energies around you.

Meditation helps you to calm down yourself and realise that the everything happening around is just an illusion and you are supposed to be knowing "who you are". You are supposed to be aware about your "Purpose on this planet earth".

Meditation brings focus within us. To start the meditation you need to learn how to sit calm and relax and learn your breathing power. Breathing is equally important while meditation and you need to listen to your inner voice and inner soul.

How do you meditate to a higher consciousness?

A meditation for consciousness

  1. Take a seat somewhere quiet. ...
  2. Notice your mind. ...
  3. Become curious about who is noticing your mind. ...
  4. Once you feel anchored in the quiet space, see whether you can expand that space beyond the body and mind. ...
  5. See how far you can expand this awareness.



In open awareness, instead of concentrating on something, your attention is open and remains aware of everything that is happening. Instead of getting caught up in thoughts or feelings, during this type of meditation?you just need to be present with whatever is happening.


If we have a really good meditation and feel “fully calm”, then we are beginning to experience a level of superconsciousness. As we go deeper in meditation and experience a deepening peace, calmness, divine love, and even bliss, then we are experiencing deeper levels of the superconscious.
