Prioritizing customer expectations strengthens relationships and boosts loyalty, even in turbulent times.?In fact, increasing communication outreach and being open and transparent with clients about changes they may experience, will help to maintain and build loyalty. It is also an effective way to keep your team focused on areas within their control. Rick Parrish , VP and research director at Forrester said,??
