Today’s post is focused on some of the questions that have been sent in. There are way too many to answer but here are some?brief, and I emphasize brief, responses.
1. “According to you what is the biggest purpose every human being must have, by accomplishing it they would enjoy the journey?” ~ Samar
A life purpose that is irrelevant to one’s religious belief that most, if not everyone, can adopt is to be the best version of yourself. As you uplift yourself you uplift everyone around you. Not only people but all living things and the environment. This is one single act that will make a massive impact on you and everyone and everything around you. It changes how you act and react to life’s experiences allowing you to live a more rewarding life.
2. “Please share with me how to start each day to focus on the good energy and have the best vibe to set the tone for my entire day.” ~ Gabriel
One way is to start your day with affirmations, impressing your mind with the vibration you wish to set. If you are spiritually inclined, start your day with prayer and meditation. Avoid engaging in social media and the outside world as your first act upon awakening. Set a precedence for your mind at the beginning of the day and this will help set a precedence for the day.?

3. “How can I overcome my frustrations while achieving the purpose of my life? What if the path is very frustrating” ~ Sunitha
The path is frustrating only because you are most likely viewing the process from a perspective that causes you to be frustrated. If I expect to teach a ten-year-old child how to do triple integrals and expect him to comprehend it then I’ll most likely be frustrated. If I understand that I need to take him through the mathematical training that he needs to understand triple integrals and that this process may take a few years then I will not be frustrated. Many expect to figure out their purpose in life quickly without having anyone to guide them in doing so, by not following a process, by not being dedicated to the process, by not desiring it enough, and more, and then wonder why they are frustrated.
4. “I feel like I lack the ability to be a human that’s easy to live with. I can’t even live with myself.” ~ Ann
The best thing to do when you find yourself in such a position is to start serving others. Find a way to serve selflessly. If you can, take time out, travel and volunteer at a place that truly needs help. If you can’t do that then find ways to serve others locally. And in doing so, do it well. Give it your all. And this will help lift your awareness out of lower states of mind into uplifting ones. This would be my recommendation.?
