I'm letting you in on a little secret

My friend shared a technique with me called “Purpose Compounding” that might just be the most powerful motivation method I’ve ever heard of.

The idea is this…

You find multiple purposes for what you want to do. Then stack them together.Here’s an example.

A mom does dance classes with her daughter a result, she can now:

A) have fun

B) spend quality time with his daughter

C) get great exercise.

She didn't have to choose between doing something good for herself vs. spending time with her daughter, and she also found a way to make exercise enjoyable. One activity fulfills multiple purposes, and she looks forward to it every week.

I heard of another woman who started a video blog about her fitness journey because she loves teaching others, So now instead of it being a necessary chore to make recipes... it becomes a fun project for her channel. She even gets paid from running ads for it.

Pretty cool.

And one reason I love studying health and fitness is because I can apply what I learn to myself AND use that knowledge to help my clients. So it’s a double win.?

To find a greater purpose, I ask my clients...

  • Who else benefits from you reaching your health goals?
  • How can you turn your healthy living journey into a project that inspires, teaches, or entertains others?
  • What would make this even more fun for you?
