  • Randy: Pick one goal that will make you feel better. Then start taking steps
  • Charles: Be bold. Ask questions of friends and peers to get the conversation started
  • Brooke: Ask yourself a simple question: What do I love? What lights me up? Also, stop waiting to figure out what's next for you

Final Thoughts

  • Randy: Be all that you can be
  • Charles: Try to become 1% better every day
  • Brooke: You are already a leader. Look inside, pay attention, and that's how you will find it
