"PURELY TIMELESS"

With 88 TOP 40 singles on the country charts, now you are able to realize the magnitude of my excitement that I have. With 55 of those songs being a number one song. That is impressive, and this is why I want to share my pure honor, respect, and and just simply put amazed to write a music review on the late Country Legend and superstar and amazing father. Who am I speaking of, it's Conway Twitty and his new release called "Timeless". I have recently had the privilege to not only write a review on this wonderful man and superb masterful music legend I actually received the true honor of speaking with his daughter Joni Twitty Ryles about this deemed to be a classic album And a MUST own in your collection. After my listening experience to this superbly masterpiece album and doing my research and reviewing my notes about this album I am amazed with the phenomenal sound that I heard through my speakers. After my reading and research into the story behind this wonderful album I found out that Tom Gramuglia of Country Rewind Records got approval from what they call Conway Twitty United, this group consists of Joni and her siblings and they are the reason this album came to be. Joni recalls being in the studio with her dad and learned what the recording process takes and what sounds that need to make a great album and with this knowledge I can already tell by my listening experience on this album Joni knows and recognizes a superb sound. Starting of this masterpiece is a song called (Lost Her Love) On Our Last Date, from the year 1972 and is a phenomenal song and I can hear why it was a number one song along with the sound that is superb and polished. With the next song called "Dim Lights, Thick smoke and Loud Loud Music", Conway had a way to make you feel like he was taking you along with him wherever his music was going. With this song I heard through the music Conway bringing me along into a crowded nightclub where I felt the emotion and power of his singing, I was there along with him. Well with the next song I really don't need to explain this song probably who Conway Twitty is always remembered for a simple love song but beautiful called "Hello Darlin', and remained on the charts at number one for 18 weeks. The simplistic yet tender side of Conway is so projected through all of his wonderful music. The next song called "How Much More Can She Stand" is proof of the magnitude of Conways ability to sing a song and was a master in the studio and this song goes to prove this. "Working Girl' I believe was a song in the archives and placed on this album and so glad it is featured because I don't believe that I have ever heard this song before but in the Conway Style brings that magical presence to the song and is wonderful. " I Can't See Me Without You" just a classic country song that has that total country signature all over it and with Conways magical smooth velvety vocals bring it to life.

"I Love You More Today" is just an amazing song and the sound is unbelievable and sounds like he just came out of the studio and released this song, it has pureness and crispness and makes Conways voice once again become very magical and real. With the next song called "Crazy Arms" Conway is larger than life and this song sums this up very well with his ability to make a song sound real and engaging. With the next song called "15 years ago", this song really brought out the emotional side of me, as I listened I just overcame a burst of emotion, not just with the song, but with the whole album and I just the thought and what a blessing and honor it is to write an album review for a legend and having spoke with his daughter also, that just made my emotions run amuck in a positive way. As a music reviewer to be so blessed and honored. In Addition to listening to these wonderful songs that brought memories of my early days as a Disc Jockey playing these songs on the radio. With the next song "Honky Tonk Man" Conway really conveys the sound of what true country music really is and defines it with his magical presence through his gifted voice. The song "The Image of Me" is a song that really sums up what I feel this album is all about, and Conway really almost sounds like he is sending his thoughts to you as if he were right here in our current lives and this particular song I thought is almost profound and so real and full of magnetism. "The song "If you Were Mine to Lose' is a very expressive side of Conways magical expressive vocals and lyrical content and is a most enjoyable song, which is another song I hadn't heard but bears Conways musical strength in writing a superb song. " Proud Mary", well this song is a standard song of some music artists but Conway once again brings in that flavor of larger than life emotional value to the song and I loved it. The next song is called "Next in Line" which was Conways first Number one single from 1968 and this song really hits home as I remember actually playing this song on a radio station in which I worked at and it was the start of my love for Conways music and where I have reamined ever since. This masterpiece of an album is a masterpiece of music history and it would not have been possible, unless the kindness and pure joy & love that Joni Twitty Ryles has provided us all. By sharing her dad's wonderful gift of music to us all. I thank Joni for her wonderful friendship and her love to share a part of her dads music through this beautiful & amazing album that is truly "Timeless"
