What Happened?

This is a redundant introduction, and we all know what happened. Aneesh Awadhiya (24M) and Ashwani Koshta (24F), who worked as software engineers, were on a bike ride at 2:15 am on Sunday, 19th May 2024, when a young boy, Vedant Agarwal hit them just a bit, yet too hard to murder them. The bigger loss, as per our blind judiciary, may be entitled to the crashed Porsche Taycan.

About the “Kid”

Vedant is a 17-year-old boy, and the rulebooks claim him to be too young to be punished for a brutal murder the event of driving while drunk. He and his two friends were enjoying a night quite unfit for a 17-year-old to spend. About ?48,000 was spent by the boy with his friends as a celebration for passing class 12. When two bars had barred them from having any more wine as underage drinkers, the retards headed to another destination to drown themselves in costly wine again, when they hit two promising lives, that deserved to see the next morning.

Good Boy John

John is a good boy who has been elected as the monitor of the class. He always tells the unruly ones to say sorry to anyone by writing an apology letter. One day a boy in his class hit two innocents with a toy car. Do you know what John did? John told him to write a 300-word apology letter. Told him to work with the traffic police for 15 days and become acquainted with various traffic awareness rules, and promised that if he did so, Justice would erase his name from the blackboard that is written with two black stars.

That boy had a ChatGPT Premium subscription as his father was influential. He wrote hardly a 5 word prompt and the rest was the gamble of money - AI wrote a splendid 300-word essay. That is how this dispute was put to an end.

John was his nickname. His real name was Juvenile Justice Board.

Do you know what John did? John told him to write a 300-word apology letter.

A Caring Father

The escape plan along with influence was well enough designed to shatter the pieces of evidence and justice just like most of the influential cases that reach no positive end owing to power. The accused father is a normal, humble, real-estate personality, nothing much. He loves his son more than the world and so tries to escape from the police who are giving false allegations against a little kid who does not know the hardships of the world. So, he tried to fool the forces. He went to Pune and his Daund farmhouse. From there he fled to Kolhapur to meet a friend, sending his driver along with a mobile device, where his family knew him to be. The caring father fled towards Sambhajinagar with his friend. All this to save his innocent son, accused of taking two lives only.

Glory of the Past

The innocent 17-year-old’s grandpa also has a glorious past of this sort, which emerges as the case becomes more intense. It is found that he was charge-sheeted by CBI on the case of the murder of Ajay Bhosale, a Shiv Sena corporator back on October 11, 2009, owing to land disputes. He contacted Chhota Rajan at first to settle the landholdings between the accused grandfather and his brother but the Wadgaon-Sheri ticket holder Bhosale thought not to intervene amid the tense situation of elections. It led to the angry man appointing Chhota Rajan to murder Bhosale, which failed when the hitman hit his driver instead of Bhosale himself. In the CBI accused list, he is on the 6th along with Rajan.

This means nothing is occurring for the first time at all!

Delay in Blood Test

The wait for the entire blood sample test was delayed by 7-8 hours to let the alcohol run away. The youngster was tested at around 11 am, about 9 hours after the mishap had occurred and around 10 hours after he last consumed alcohol. The report was designed to go negative.

Wrong Spelling or Wrong Judgement

It was notified that in the FIR (First Information Report) the boy was accused under the IPC Section 304(A) which maps to “death due to negligence”. I guess someone was bad at spelling so the charges changed to Section 304 which is “culpable homicide not amounting to murder”. This was also present in the remand application of JJB as well.

A Phone Call

At around 3.20 am, local MLA Sunil Tingre got a call from Vishal who told him about the issue his son was caught up in. Sunil within no time reached out to the location, and then to Yerawada Police Station. Later he claimed it was just a reaction to the phone call and not at all to create pressure on the police. We hope this is true to the core!

Conclusion

I am also doing what JJB alias John instructed, writing an essay. A bit too long, 650-ish words. But a loud and clear message, “WE WANT JUSTICE” !
