Time is the most precious resource, and we’re immensely grateful and proud to have colleagues who have chosen to spend a decade of theirs with us. Last week we hosted a special dinner to commemorate this incredible milestone and celebrate our astounding team members! Each colleague received a personalized plaque and a watch – symbolic of the time they’ve invested and the lasting impact they’ve made at Scalefocus. ?

Grill Masters?
Our BBQ series kicked off in Bitola and continued on in Skopje, Plovdiv, Burgas and Sofia. (Up next are Varna and Istanbul!).?

Recap of Nikola Tsolov’s Formula 3 Season??
Our Bulgarian Lion gathered up 75 points in the overall driver’s standings, placing him in 11th place. It was an exciting F3 season with its classic highs and lows. But nothing beats the feeling of seeing Nikola at the very top step with his wins in Monaco, Spielberg and Budapest. It was a major jump from him from last season and we can’t wait to celebrate his success next year. ?
We are overjoyed and filled with pride to be supporting Nikola since his karting days, and we’re excited for what’s next ????
Going the extra mile??
Our amazing colleagues laced up their running shoes and took part in several marathons across our locations! Race for the Cure, Wizz Air Marathons (which broke attendance records this year) and Трча? бе. We're proud to see our team pushing boundaries, embracing a healthy lifestyle, and representing our company spirit at such a fantastic event. Great job, team! ???
