Pumpkin Season!
It’s The Most Wonderful Time of the Year
It might not be fall yet, but pumpkin stuff is back! I have already had pumpkin coffee, Cheerios, Life cereal, and more.
I am sorry it has been a while since I have sent out an official newsletter. As you can tell from my other newsletters, I have been very busy with projects.
I am going to pump the brakes on some parts of this newsletter. Mostly, two sections. The first one is Talent Acquisition Positions. It takes way too much time to hyperlink all of the job postings that I have shared on my feed over the past few weeks. Instead of listing them all out on here, I will just encourage people to check out my recent activity which can be found here!
The other section I am making changes to is Articles for Those in Talent Acquisition. I have uploaded over 2,000 articles in the past few years. Each time I add new articles, it is extremely tedious. I got through my email through a folder where all of this content is, and I have to open each article and download it. Simple steps, but it takes forever. I don’t see this being a resource that a lot of people use, so I don’t think I will be uploading a ton of new articles here anymore. I will continue to share around 10 new articles under TA News and I will add those articles to the Google Drive.
I might get rid of Relatable Content. Whenever I sit down to do the newsletter, I have to scroll through all of my pictures over the past few weeks to find the few memes that I saved for this section.
I will also try to organize the newsletter better so maybe there is a Mikey Corner at the bottom for my work stuff and my personal stuff.
Please let me know your thoughts! What do you want to see more of? Less of?
Oh, and I have another speaking engagement coming up! But you will have to scroll down to see what it is!
If you have enjoyed this newsletter over the past year, please consider becoming a paid subscriber! A payment of $9 a month gets you all newsletters, the archives, and more.

Talent Acquisition Positions
If you aren’t following me on LinkedIn, hit that follow button as I often share the TA job postings that others share. These postings that I share come from Martin Ngo , David Marr, Swati Soni , Haley O’Neil , Alexandru Gotoi , Tawfiq Abu-Khajil , Alan Gomes , Amy Packard Checketts , David Valencia , Caitlin Cooke , Ebony Taylor , Steve Jacobs , Shirley Schaff , Martel Howard .
As a reminder, none of these people are responsible for the jobs, they are just sharing roles they have come across. So, make sure to hit that apply button but remember they can’t help you much past that point. Oh, and make sure to not just use Easy Apply, you must also apply on the company website.
Don’t forget to follow these awesome people on LinkedIn, so you can keep up with their posts. And hit that Share button, so you can help others like you!
Instead of posting each link here, which takes too much time, visit the profiles of the people mentioned above or look through my feed for what I have shared over the past few weeks!
