Don’t you know, pump it up
You’ve got to pump it up
Don’t you know, pump it up
You’ve got to pump it up…
You know the 2019 banger from Endor, right? No? Don’t worry, I got your back….I’ve linked it at the bottom in case you need a Monday morning pump up.
I’ve said it before and I'll say it again as loud as I can so you can understand it: Your body is the pump and your physiological, energetic, emotional & mental states are the water.
If the pump is not moving, the water is not moving.
OR
If the water is non-existent/stagnant, the pump can't work properly.
This is the result of lack of movement. Not just exercise type movement, but lack of movement of fluid around the body, movement of emotions, movement of thoughts, movement of tension and mental stress.
However, let’s not forget our take away from Movement Mail #1:
Your body is always working for your benefit So, the stagnation of these fluids is not necessarily a bad thing. They are the body just adjusting to what you are or are not doing. They are the body possibly creating tension in an area that isn’t stable.

Your body will not create a situation that is advantageous for you.
Sorry Nathan, what?!?
It sounds bizarre right?, but it’s true. If you are not encouraging your body to adapt to new states of being, then it won’t create those states of being for itself.?
It will only create states of being in reaction to what is happening to it. It won’t be proactive because it can’t. If that doesn’t sink in, try these bullet points for greater IMPACT!
The fluids in the body that I’m referencing are ones like: lymphatic fluid, blood flow, mucus, sweat, bile, synovial fluid and cerebrospinal fluid around the brain and spine. Just to name a few.
?So, your takeaway here is to get out and move your body.
It doesn't have to be intense, just move your body and encourage your pump to work effectively so your fluid, and body, doesn’t become stagnant.
Until next time, have a great time,
Nathan.
P.S. I know you were hanging out for that track I mentioned at the start! So, crank that volume up and pump get your body pumping: Endor - Pump It Up
