Concerns Regarding Google's Privacy Sandbox

Google’s Privacy Sandbox has been in the news over the past month, and it hasn’t been pretty. First, the UK’s Consumer Markets Authority published a report in which it declared that Google “cannot proceed with third-party cookie deprecation” because of deficiencies with their Privacy Sandbox. The IAB Tech Lab issued a separate, but even more skeptical analysis of the Privacy Sandbox.?

All of us in the digital ecosystem should be paying close attention to what Google is doing (and proposing to do) with their Privacy Sandbox. We go deep on both reports to share their findings (and to spare you from reading 170 densely worded report pages!).

Previous Providence Sr. Director of Web Analytics and Insights Joins Wheelhouse DMG

Wheelhouse is thrilled to announce that Laura Chase, who previously led web analytics and insights at Providence, has joined Wheelhouse as Sr. MarTech Strategist. Laura has an amazing background and is a thought leader and innovator in privacy first data strategies. Prior to Providence, Laura was Head of Website Testing & Analytics for Amazon Web Services and Director of Digital Analytics and Optimization for T-Mobile. She also spent five years as a Sr. Consultant with Adobe.


Brand Refresh

We are excited to share that Wheelhouse DMG has just completed a brand refresh! As part of this work, we modernized our logo, updating design and colors to make them more vibrant, current, and accessible. We also launched a great new website that has been reimagined and redesigned to be consistent with our refreshed brand identity. We love it and hope you do too.
