PULLING TEETH, PULLING HAIR

PULLING TEETH, PULLING HAIR

This goes out to all to all creatives out there..

Feeling tired? All drained out of creative juices? We feel you… As a constantly evolving creative? agency, we have first-hand experience with getting burned out and still having to pull through. All those pitches, creative directions and campaigns an agency must come up with on a daily basis takes a toll on the toughest of us.

In the wake of the mental health positivity movement now circulating the globe, we’d like to take the chance to point out how important it is to look out for our creatives’ psychological well being. If you take a minute to attend our creative team’s brainstorming sessions, you’d immediately realize how much brain power is being poured into breaking the molds of marketing techniques, every single day. But, then again, that skill and talent drains energy from those brilliant minds.?

It’s important for every employer to keep tabs on their workers’ mental health. From a humane angle, they’re still everyday people, they need breaks so they don’t crash and burn at some point. From the business perspective, you always want the best quality of work from your employees.?

That said, if you’re finding your team pulling their hair on a daily basis then crashing after each brainstorming session, give them a break. Breaks don’t necessarily mean pizza parties or sending your workers on a holiday in the Bahamas. Most importantly, employers should listen to their people, learn about their complaints and figure out how to address them. When bosses show that they care, it goes a long way.?
