PULLING BACK THE GREEN CURTAIN ON DOJ & FEDERAL COURT SYSTEM (PART VI)

PULLING BACK THE GREEN CURTAIN ON DOJ & FEDERAL COURT SYSTEM (PART VI)

LESSON: Part VI – Diesel Therapy is the term used to describe the insane travel and journeys the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) put you through as punishment for standing up for yourself, standing up for what is right, and not crumbling to a system designed to, and intent on, warehousing and breaking you until you are submissive and stay on budget for more federal funding to them.

The lessons below are excerpts from my upcoming book, Icarus: Zero to a Billion to Zero, January 2026, Ash Press.

19. Diesel Therapy is designed to be so painful that you don’t fight the system any longer, but also to spend as much taxpayer dollars as possible for a journey back to court to stand up for yourself against the monolithic, giant bureaucracy.

a. When the FBI, Treasury Department, and IRS broke into my condo with assault weapons drawn at 7am on a Friday morning, with no prior contact or notice, they drug me down to the Western Tidewater Jail to throw me in a cell of 35 other arrestees fighting, dealing drugs in jail, stealing your hygiene items, and threatening you with future violence.? This is by design, especially for scared CEO’s, to instantly sign a ridiculous, concocted plea agreement so they can keep the human factory line processing.?

I refused, and my prior sports and military experience provided me the courage and solace amongst the violence. So, they claimed they “lost my paperwork” and kept me in for 5 days to soften up the 3-piece suiter as they called me but eventually, they realized I wouldn’t speak to them or sign their plea, and they had to let me out on bond. ?

b. Once I reversed my sentence representing myself from the Ft. Dix prison law library, they dressed me in boxers and a thin paper jumpsuit, handcuffed me and shackled my legs and drove me in a van with nine others to Pittsburgh airport, where we were stood outside in formation next to Con Air for nearly two hours in a small blizzard.? I invoked my survival training and repeatedly listed the 1978 Cincinnati Reds starting lineup and total stats for nearly 2 hours to show no pain and succumb to those bastards while most of the others exploded against the Marshalls, all carrying AR-15’s, sporting mustaches, and acting like they were fighting the Vietcong, again.

c. From there I was transported to New York City to stay in Metropolitan Correctional Center, and then MDC Brooklyn for a couple months, those large towers where Epstein was murdered as the cameras seemed to be inoperable.? It’s a crazy scary place but for some reason fate again protected me with Tommy as my cellie, a Gambino Crime Family member who ran off-the-market casinos which the New York Yankees players regularly visited, before FanDuel. Fortunately, I found in his legal papers that his lawyer missed a gun-charge rule that got him 18 months less on his upcoming plea deal, so no one gave me a hard time for that stay.

d. From NYC, I traveled to Rappahannock Regional Jail, which was the trash of the trash. There’s a crazy creed in prisons that once in federal you need to follow the rules/systems and if not, be more likely beaten and killed by your own gang.? In regional jails, everyone is younger, has not been beaten to an inch of their life, and don’t respect the lions of the pride.? It was disgusting, with hardly any food, hygiene not available, and 3-4 weeks existence until the next journey. One story I’ll never forget is a very large gang leader coming over to me in the middle of the night and asking me to tell him who Donal Trump and Hillary Clinton were so he could have a few things to say to the others.? I stayed up for hours with him.

e. For brevity, I will say I then finally made it back to Norfolk, Virginia, reversed my case and then, as most of you know, they started the process again with a new indictment so I wouldn’t be free.? And you likely also know that when I missed a phone call on home confinement they again sent me to Tidewater Regional Jail, then Richmond Henrico County Jail, then Oklahoma City Jail, then Mississippi Federal Jail, and then Jackson Mississippi Federal Penitentiary, from where they then had to deliver me to the airport – no money, no ID, no phone, to fly home to Norfolk, Virginia, because my beautiful wife and incredible Academy brothers and Trey Kelleter Law saved my life again!

f. Throughout my journeys of overturning my case, winning a federal suit against the BOP in New Jersey, and finally obtaining my release, I traveled to 16 different facilities.? This is their Diesel Therapy because they can, and nobody before today ever truly knew what the hell was going on or the millions of your taxpayer dollars were being wasted.

This week I want you to not only understand what can possibly happen to you in our country today (or hopefully prior to now), but I want you to know you are stronger than you ever imagined, and you can weather any insane storm.? Have a great week!

Protect your success.? Knowledge is power.? Take care of your family. Have a great week!
