The Puerto Rico Symposium

The Urban Land Institute together with the Puerto Rico Builders Association, will come together next week to explore in a one day symposium how both the public and private sector can work together to reimagine, revitalize and rebuild Puerto Rico.?

The Puerto Rico Symposium will focus on leveraging private capital with U.S. Federal funds to develop projects that range from: hospitality, housing, manufacturing, and key infrastructure.

Special attention will be paid to new financing solutions and highlight recent success stories in Puerto Rico development.

There are three major shifts happening today in Puerto Rico that we will discuss:?
