Puchase Department

It has been observed that Employees selection is not upto mark in Purchase Department. For e.g., in MNCs, Purchase Executive strictly follows the guidelines stated in their SOP and never crosses it or think out of box. If you drive a Horse Cart, the horses are having flapper on their eyes meant to stick to road only in straight direction. These Flappers make them Human Slave and they loose their Natural Senses.

The Flapper are guidelines/SOP. Some Literates states that planning is the subject well learnt from House Wife. Does HW follows any SOP/Guidelines. I understand that this may be the requirement of their Customers' strict norms but cant you change this atmosphere. There is nothing of your own to implement ??

This may be one of the reason, Why India is lagging behind the world.
