On April 26th Boynton Beach Planning and Development Board will consider a modification to the site plan for the 63.8-acre property at 500 Park Ridge Boulevard. The filed plans to increase the size of Publix Super Markets distribution center by more than 50 percent. The current warehouse, built in 1989, is 443,213 SF and Publix looks to expand it by 571,558 SF. Parking will also increase to a total 782 space in order to accommodate the new size.
