However, for audiobooks on ACX (Audible), you need to be a resident of the US, UK, Canada, or Ireland. It’s worth keeping an eye out because this information may change in the future. And, if you live in other countries, there are other platforms where you can publish.
Should I Leave College to Pursue Self-Publishing?
I get asked this question a lot, too. Unfortunately, I can’t answer it for you–it’s something you need to decide for yourself. Leaving University or College to pursue another career path, like self-publishing, is a personal choice that depends on your life goals.
University wasn’t the right fit for me but if your goal is to pursue a specific field like medicine, engineering, or law you will need a degree. But if you want to be an entrepreneur or publish on Amazon, a degree isn’t a requirement for success.?
