Publishing Slide 13 of 290 - organized crime, victimizing [...]: CBBB – Vodafone […] – VF Americas Foundation – Nokia […] – named elected & appointed

Slide 13 of 290:  This is the Executive Summary, presented on slides 13, and 14 (to be published next). NOTE: Table of Contents precede “Slide 13” – not included here, but will be summarized upon commencing chapter 1.

FYI – as it appears that I cannot include the full image of the slide, within this post – I am adding the slide, i.e.,” slide 13”, with a comment to this post. This is how I had to present the preceding image, “Slide 1”, associated with the previous post, of September 21/22. ********

Context: Using 4 brief, representative, examples, “Executive Summary” aims to put into perspective, “the point of origin”, i.e., “when it all started” – this, integral to “how”, fundamental to understanding the implications, the associated and resulting snow-ball effects, the extent of what has been, and continues to be denied – how interconnected those “depriving” are – the nature of the web of compromised and forced-compromising decision-makers, corrupting all aspects of Freedom/Rights/Democracy/…Society…in order to be able to enforce this ONGOING today – […] –

This Executive Summary, spanning 2 slides, briefly puts into perspective how it all started –  how the crimes and consequences of leaders of the CBBB and Vodafone RO, pursuing compromising agendas, in conflict with BBB Core Values – unaccountable to, and unsupervised by their BOD’s/institutions, spiraled into a shocking reality, where CBBB i.e., SVP and CEO “today/2017” – Vodafone in 5 countries, on 2 continents, including Vodafone Americas Foundation – Nokia in 2 countries, on two continents – NYC Hatchery – […] – former FBI Directors, named elected and appointed, ACS (American Citizens Services)…

Spiraled into a reality where the named, and yet to be named, have and continued to be engaged in crime in order to victimize, defraud, enforce cover-up, escape responsibility & accountability, […], victimizing Constitution, Rights, Values, […], denying and depriving the American people, Romanian people, Society, economies and economics…ongoing to date, with mounting consequences. ********

Critically-grave Action, Concerning CBBB:  The Executive Summary very briefly presents one, of the many crimes executed by CBBB CEO – a uniquely grave crime, in this particular context, as it involves an American attorney knowingly violating the American Constitution, denying and depriving another American of earned merits and accomplishments – with intent and premeditation to harm, and harming…then further compromising the CBBB, by having the CBBB SVP and General Counsel represent his personal interests, NOT those of the CBBB, as hired, paid, and obligated to do, AND, despite the conflict of interests. Additional details & evidence in follow-up slides will enable the proper clarity for this. ********

Critically-grave Event, Concerning Vodafone, i.e.:  How Vodafone UK became complicit – an instrument of crime, including for CBBB and for Vodafone RO + 1.

Executive Summary, Slide 13, is “promising”, that the 290-pages document will elucidate how Vodafone UK was 100% aware of crimes & consequences involving CBBB and Vodafone RO – aware in great detail.

Consequently, and to be expected in follow-up context/slides: the moment Vodafone UK is interacting with me, at the highest levels, pursuant of my game-changer intellectual property, seeking exclusivity, WHILE AWARE of the ongoing crimes and mounting consequences, involving Vodafone RO…the moment Vodafone UK becomes aware, AND, knows that I am aware “they” know – Vodafone UK has two options:

1.    Address and correct problems concerning Vodafone RO and BBB RO,

OR

2.    Become Complicit to, and subsequently, Initiator of organized crimes, with intent and premeditation.

Vodafone UK opted to embrace Organized Crime.  The level it has stooped to, it WILL shock “you”. ********

Slide 14, of the Executive Summary (to be published next), will present two brief excerpts of organized crime involving Vodafone UK leaders at the highest levels – excerpts, which, upon the reader presented with additional context and information, will reinforce the following:

• How organized with intent and premeditation, AND, how irrefutable Vodafone UK/leaders’ organized crimes are;
• How feeble and fragile is Vodafone UK’s position, i.e., unable to say/respond in any way, in context, on record, without incriminating & increasing liability– to date, dependent on the complicity, and protection of named elected and appointed, including and especially former FBI Directors, Mr. Robert Mueller, and James Comey;
• How Vodafone UK organized crime against Americans and the economy, has been and continued to be sanctioned and protected in the US, by former FBI Directors, named elected and appointed, circa 2011-17;
• How much the American economy, economies and economics have been and continue to be denied and deprived of;
• How institutionalized, systemic, and endemic is the corporate culture of “organized crime” within Vodafone – across 5-countries, over 2 continents, at least…as far as I know and can prove.
• How ready will Vodafone be to negotiate and settle – IF, and ONLY IF – the Judiciary will separate, as an independent power, and begin serving the American people in context of what’s objectively right…in context of the Constitution, Rights, Values…”Rights” applying to one/or not at all?
• How directly-related are Vodafone UK organized crimes, defrauding, and victimizing, to CBBB and Vodafone RO organized crimes, mounting consequences, i.e., to the Romanian people […]. ********
