The Public Theater of San Antonio--seeking new, innovative Board Members

A year later, and this is still an issue with no real solution in sight. Wait, there is. For the last 5 years I have been a Board Member of? San Pedro Playhouse . I joined because I have always loved the stage but never truly felt comfortable on stage for no other reason than I never felt "good enough" for that presence. I've learned through years of entrepreneurship that you have to make the stage even if you're the only person at your show.

The Public Theater is seeking new board members, a background in theater is not necessary, just a passion for bringing stories to the spotlight. We have an amazing leader,? Claudia de Vasco ?ushering in some provocative storytelling through theater but we cannot do it alone. Diverse backgrounds and thoughts are what keep our society growing and learning from one another. It's what provides the empathy and space necessary in our global economy.
