The Dynamic Workflow Solutions Inc. product called the Public Private Partners System (or 3PS), is to solidify, document, share, and support the relationship between businesses and law enforcement in a collaborative arrangement to better support community safety.? Government agencies work closely with private-sector entities to address various security and public safety challenges. This partnership aims to leverage the strengths and resources of both sectors to enhance overall safety, security, and crime prevention.

Organization camera systems, where possible, can have devices available for the local law enforcement. First responders will not only have access to the live camera feeds but also to the floor plans, digital twins and any other digital asset stored in the system to help provide a safe response to the situation.
Hybrid is not just a database or rolodex of businesses in the community. Once the incident has occurred, Hybrid can then be used to create a case and store all the captured videos, photos and any other digital evidence file acquired from the location. Hybrid can also send an email with a link for the owner/manager to upload any additional files collected before or after the incident; ensuring all files are in a single evidence management system.
