NOTICE OF OBSTRUCTION, TRESSPASS, FRAUD & SWINDLE BY THE COUNTY

1.??? ?NOTICE for the record – [T]he County of Douglas Assessor(s) have for multiple years now refused to record and correct the administrative errors [thus the reason I had to start documenting everything] to include the “clerical error”[s] per the NEBRASKA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, Title 350 – Nebraska Department of Revenue, Property Assessment Division, Chapter 10 – Real Property Regulations, Effective Date – October 26, 2014, section 002.06 all inclusive and specifically “002.06 Clerical error . . . real property other than land”; specifically private lands or my “non-commercial property” in contrast to “real property” or estate or real estate or personal property or residential property or commercial property or community property, noscitur a sociis; all of which are commercial terms in the jurisdiction of Water which is ‘contracts and commerce’ regulated by the Uniform Commercial Code.? There are no defined-terms or sources of language diction cited in any of the deeds I’ve reviewed before 1895 & after that have been registered with the county-entity.? In other words; the language diction is undefined; sources from where [?]: a Webster Dictionary, a Black Law Dictionary, the United States Code, a cannon, a maxim, a doctrine, the UCC, a regulation, an act; noscitur a sociis?? None of this is enforceable in any LAW absent T&Cs’
