Psychosocial and Legal View On Mike Oliver's Case scenario In Kenya
Mike Oliver, has been trending on different social platforms after he posted photos of multiple Kenyan ladies that he has slept with.

My view on the whole situation:
Like any other woman you are prone to seduction by men and if you found him appealing you give in to his vibes. How could those women know that the dude was a sociopath and a HIV career? Am sure if they knew he was HIV+ they couldn't accept to sleep with him or whatever they had with him.
Besides, am trying to look for more deeper reasons why those women got into a relationship with this guy(Mike Oliver),whatever that was. However quick we are to judge,a pause and a dive into to those women's personal lifes could be of help here.
I Can imagine the overwhelmed stigma and rejection that these women would suffer from. These rejections and stigma could be the onset for adverse mental health issues( depression,suicide,anxiety...) that they could suffer from.
Am not justifying that what they did was wholesomely right given our subjective values' system and the perceptions we have towards some events, but am just trynna figure out for hindsights and be considerate of the well-being of those women after all these have come to pass.
Were they our sisters, daughters, aunts, female friends or any other female relatives that we hold dear to our hearts, could we not care for their justice?Kenya passed the Sexual offence Act, HIV prevention and Control Act in 2006 and section 26 and 24 of those Acts respectively, criminalize HV transmission.
Rather than being judgmental,we can make these women's and girls' facilitation to justice our call to action or rather condemn what Mike Oliver did. We all have our fundamental human rights and non of them needs to be violated. Am not sure if I can call him a sociopath or a psychopath. That depends on his atrocious acts.
Am just looking at all of these situations from the Psychosocial and legal points of view.
