Psychology and Vibration, Newsletter 16: The game of life is to become aware of your vibration and do something about it. July 18, 2022.

Introduction

By now, thanks to Abraham[1], we understand that we are vibrational beings in a vibrational universe. From this basic foundational principle, we also got to understand that we always have two frequencies going on that we should be aware of. We also know now that when those two frequencies align (that's what Abraham call resonance or allowing), we feel wonderful.

Our emotions tell us about this alignment or this misalignment. We also know by now that when we live in alignment, our vortexes[2] become the unifying vibration which causes our wellbeing on all levels (health and fitness, relationships with self, social, family, and environment, education and career, financial and fun/leisure)[3].?

The two frequencies

Abraham informs us that it is helpful when we realize that we are more than this physical, human being, this personality, this focuser in this world, this point of attraction. This personality, focuser, or point of attraction is one part of us, and depending on what we are thinking or saying about a subject, we broadcast a certain frequency.?

The other part of who we are - who is always focusing towards us, with us, and through us - is Source Energy. Source Energy is the other frequency that is broadcasted from us. Source Energy is having a perspective about the same subject that we have a perspective about, and it often differs from our perspective. And when our perspective differs from the perspective of Source, it is revealed by the way we feel. When we feel good, we share the perspective with Source. When we do not feel so good, the opposite is true – we do not share Source’s perspective. Source’s perspective is always about joy, love, peace, harmony, solidarity, and many more positive vibrations (see Figure 1, The Emotional Guidance Scale).

It is therefore important for us to understand that our Source Perspective is always with us and for us. There is never a moment in time that this is not happening. We can state that we are bi-dimensional beings, that we are simultaneous physical and non-physical beings who need to align these two aspects of us. ?

The law of attraction?

The main message of Abraham is about our point of attraction. Abraham calls it our “grid”. We tend to have patterns or habits of belief, habits of thought, habitual vibrations going on that we cannot just change suddenly. And the reason that we cannot change it suddenly is because law of attraction won't let us do it.?

Our thoughts are constantly moving from subject to subject. We often choose thoughts that are of lower frequency (see figure 1) and when we do, the emotion that we feel is one of discord.?

Law of attraction says, “Oh, this is the thought you're thinking. Here is another thought just like it”. And we say, “Oh yeah, we’ll think about that thought too”. And then law of attraction says: “Well, since you “like” those thoughts, here are more, here are a whole lot more just like it”. And we say, “Um yeah, we feel the resonance of that. There's something that feels awfully familiar here. We think we'll just say stay right here on these familiar thoughts because to change the momentum would take focus that we’re not ready for”.?

Momentum ?

There's always a momentum in a negative or positive focus. Law of attraction is the reason for momentum. Law of attraction says that which is likened to itself is drawn. When we ponder something for as little as 17 seconds, another thought like it comes and joins its momentum. And if we stay there for another 17 seconds, the momentum increases. Once we cross the 68 second mark, the momentum is usually significant enough that things in our experience, things in our past, things in our memory, things all around us - things, people, experiences, memories, all kinds of things - begin joining that momentum. And once that momentum gets going its path, it begins gathering up other things, people and experiences similar to it. ?

The game of life ?

Until we understand and practice the basic principles of the Abraham Philosophy – we can actually call it the game of life - we might think things, or even life, is just happening to us. We might feel we have little or no control over our personal and collective experience. We might keep on observing and responding to the negatives of life in ways that are compounding the vibrational frequency of it and which, of course, is not conducive to our wellbeing.?

Summary?

We now know we are vibrational beings first and foremost. We now know we all exude a vibrational frequency in any moment of time. We now know that it equals our point of attraction. We now know that everything we experience is a byproduct of that frequency. And since we know it, we can all become more aware and more responsible for regulating our own emotions. And since we are beginning to understand the basic principles of the game of life, we can now proceed in creating our own wellbeing deliberately. Let it become our way of life to create deliberately and not reactively.?
