Workplace culture has climbed the strategic and regulatory agenda, with a particular focus on psychological safety and the importance of ‘speak up, listen up’ behaviours. Studies show that psychological safety not only leads to a reduction in risk, but also increased creativity, innovation and performance – in short, it’s the key to unlocking diversity of thought.
