PLUS: How to Develop Your Psychic Abilities
The word psychic drives me crazy. While it is the most accurate word for humanity's gift of perception beyond the accepted senses, it comes with so much baggage vis scam artist and lame media depictions that others can wear you out with their denial. Like things we label "magic," psychic abilities are simply something science has yet to prove. I have always believed that psychic abilities, a gift we misplaced due to our focus on verbal communication, are merely energy reading outside the time constraints as we have defined it. Now that AI can read our minds and create visuals of our thoughts and dreams, we are entering a new age of acceptance and evolution in ALL the human senses.?
I have been psychic my entire life. I shared many shocking moments in my self-love memoir, Memory Mansion. As a toddler, I was awoken by repeated dreams that my mother was quietly dying and in need of emergency care. I climbed out of my crib to find her, and my cries brought help. This was before I entered an orphanage where I would have countless psychic experiences.?
A few years back, I spent a few minutes in a car with reality star Colton Underwood and clairvoyantly knew by the time he climbed out that he would be on The Bachelor, then come out as gay and do another show about coming out. When that later happened, in the exact timeline I had laid out after his exit from the car, my assistant was stunned and speechless. She never looked at me the same again, lol.??
My desire to be accepted by others kept me quiet about my experiences for decades. I did not want to be judged or labeled. Then, the world went wild; I grew up and became a spiritual leader, teacher, and author. That role includes being a channel and mystic, my preferred word over psychic. If you harken people to visions of men in turbans in namaste positions, they find your abilities more believable. Insert eye roll, yes, spiritual teachers eye-roll. I also like colorful language. The spiritual journey is about self-actualization, not being someone else's idea of perfect.?
My most potent recent predictions:
I have had all types of psychic experiences, which include:
Telepathy: Communicating thoughts or ideas directly from one mind to another without using any known human sensory channels or physical interaction. This ability was potent as a child and is something I experienced as an adult with close friends and romantic partners.?
Clairvoyance: Perceiving events or objects at a distance or through physical barriers or perceiving things beyond the natural range of the senses.?
Precognition: The ability to foresee or predict future events, often through dreams or visions. This is my most powerful sense by far.?
Mediumship: The ability to communicate with spirits, angels, ancestors, and ethers. I use this when I channel as Shaman Isis.?
Psychometry: The ability to discover facts about an object or its owner through physical contact with the object.?
Psychic abilities can be developed. It simply takes practice and the willingness to be wrong while simultaneously opening yourself up to "knowing."?
Here are some ways to develop your psychic skills:
Mindfulness Meditation: Helps clear the mind and enhance intuition.
Guided Meditation: Focuses on opening the third eye chakra, associated with intuition and psychic abilities.
Dream Journaling: Keep a notebook by your bed and write down your dreams immediately upon waking. Dreams can sometimes be precognitive or symbolic.
Psychic Development Exercises:
Remote Viewing: Try to describe a place or object someone else is looking at without any direct input from them.
Telepathy Practice: With a partner, attempt to send and receive simple images or numbers.
Intuition Games: Guess who's calling before you look at your phone. Predict small outcomes, like the weather or what someone might say next in a conversation.
Energy Work: Reiki: Learning to channel energy can heighten sensitivity to subtle energies.
Aura Reading: Practice visualizing or feeling the energy fields around people or objects.
Divination Tools:
Tarot Cards: Use them to tap into intuition by interpreting the cards.
Pendulums: Use for yes/no questions or to locate lost items.
Scrying: Gazing into a crystal ball, mirror, or water to receive visions.
Visualization: Visualize future scenarios or imagine being in a specific place to see if you get any intuitive insights.
Psychometry: Hold an object belonging to someone else and try to sense information about its owner or history.
Nature Connection: Spend time in nature to attune your senses; some believe the natural world can enhance psychic sensitivity.
Creative Practices: Painting, writing, or music can be used as channeling where intuition guides the creation.
Guided Imagery: Listen to guided imagery sessions designed to stimulate psychic experiences.
