INTERVIEW: The Psychedelic Space Needs More Diversity
Last month, we sat down with Jodi Green , Executive Director of the Women in Psychedelics Network , to talk about the lack of women in leadership positions at psychedelic companies, and gain insights about how to fix this.
“When you look at the companies currently operating within the psychedelic space, most of them are led by men. Yet, we have seen that women-owned companies tend to do better. So why do we have this disparity? The psychedelics space needs more diversity, especially at this critical point in time when state-regulated markets are starting to come online, and when the FDA is poised to approve MDMA and possibly psilocybin soon.” – Jodi Green.
