?? The sun is out here (in Belgium) and it brings a big banana smile on my face! Free vitamine D, ohhh yes I just love it, don't you?
Every week, I have a mastermind meeting with my inner circle (my 'female-friend coaches-mom-entrepreneurs). To chit-chat and inspire eachother when we feel stuck.
Last week, we talked about how grrrrrr FRUSTRATING it is, when things go slow. Do you have these days too?
? Results don't show!!!
? Things get in the way!!
? We feel tired!
? It's frustrating and disappointing...
? Motivation melts like snow.
Arghhhh. You know what I mean. Those aweful, negative, unpleasant feelings. And that unstoppable, high speed train of doom thinking, running through our mind.
During the zoom meeting with my friends, I had this flash back of something. Our 'guru' mentor Bob (Proctor) said to us in a training 2 years ago:?
Life is a marathon. Not a sprint.
???? Phew. I am so happy I recalled this! It is absolutely useless to feel guilty and stressed when things don't work out and we are having a bad day. It adds zero value to our mental and physical health (and zero progress in our goal achievements).
Here are my tips for you:
Don't rush. When things don't seem to progress, focus on:
?? Your personal dreams/ business goals!

?? Distractions and disappointments are part of live. See them as opportunities to increase your awareness and expand your knowledge.
???? When shit happens? Remind yourself: "My life is a marathon, not a sprint". Look in the direction of your goal. Remind yourself why you want it so badly. And persevere... You got this!
