The Nigerian interns we are looking to hire will be working closely with our head of business in Geneva and financing department of the company, creating the full framework of the risk scoring and credit rating.

-?????????Evaluate counterparty credit risk based on good understanding of the counterparty’s risk profile, business environment, exposure and financial performance as well as a number of other quantitative and qualitative measures of counterparties’ credit worthiness.

-?????????Provide recommendations on rating, facility size, requirements for trading, collateral and security documentation independently and proactively.

-?????????Prepare counterparty reviews/transactional credit proposals drawing conclusions relating to credit assessment, risk appetite, exposure drivers and business prospects.

-?????????Monitor counterparty, as well as key risk drivers of portfolio credit exposure on a continual basis.

-?????????Occasionally support new business initiatives and internal projects to enhance our risk management methodologies, policies and frameworks.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

-?????????1 to 3 years experience on Trade Services Operations experience.

-?????????Experience in verification of documents (5- 10years) applying ICC rules such as Customs and Practices for Documentary Credit (UCP 600), International Standby Practices (ISP98), International Standard Banking Practices for the Examination of Documents under Documentary Credits.

-?????????Working knowledge of AML, OFAC Compliance regulations.

-?????????Excellent English communication skills.

PSCFM SPECIALIST CERTIFICATION QUALIFICATION IS REQUIRED

-?????????CFAE – Credit & Financial Analysis Executive (higher grade)

-?????????CFAA – Credit & Financial Analysis Associate (high grade)

in Credit Management.
