Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 on the 31st July charity ride.

After many years of funding all my charity events I think you get one good chance to ask my friends, family and work contacts which I have supported on their efforts in the past and ask for any small contribution for the charity Sense www.sense.org.uk It's a great charity that gives families so much support. We all have personal charities, as I do but with my friend Stephen Ware we are going to raise as much as we can to ride the 100 miles and to help to support Sense, if you can help I would be truly grateful :-)
