1. Don’t let people impose their insecurities and small thinking on you:

Don't allow others to hinder your progress. Insecurities and limited thinking can hold you back from reaching your full potential. Stay focused on your vision and don't let external negativity impact your drive to succeed.

Ask yourself...

• Who are you surrounded by?
• Who is the biggest thinker you know?

2. The way we define leadership will dictate success:

a) Your example: Lead from the front.

As a leader, your actions speak louder than words. Leading by example sets the tone for your team and creates a culture of excellence. Be the person you want your team members to become and inspire them through your own dedication and hard work.

b) Being able to drive your team to do things you could do alone: True leadership lies in your ability to empower and motivate your team to achieve more than they thought possible. It's not just about what you can do individually; it's about harnessing the collective strengths of your team and driving them towards a shared vision.

3. A part of our job is being a DRIVER:

As an entrepreneur, you have the power to set the course and lead your team towards success. You must learn to duplicate this mentality to other remembers on your team, where they push and drive one another.?

Think duplication: through you, not always by you

4. Proximity is Power:

Surrounding yourself with like-minded individuals who share your ambition and drive is essential for personal and professional growth.
