In this article, we share a case study of our collaboration with a leading Brazilian airline, showcasing how Atento played a key role in providing infrastructure and telecom services in a critical moment, specifically during the COVID-19 pandemic.


The Client

Our client is the third-largest airline in Brazil, founded in 2008. The company operates a fleet of 134 aircraft, more than 10,000 crew members, and provides 864 daily flights to 104 destinations. Despite their impressive operations, the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic posed a significant challenge to their business.


Challenges and Objectives

The primary challenge was to continue providing seamless services during the COVID-19 pandemic while adhering to health protocols. The objective was to offer service continuity models in a Work at Home Agent (WAHA) setting, apply safety protocols, and renew the contract for another 36 months.


The Atento Solution

Atento supported the client by providing infrastructure and telecom services across two different locations, totaling more than 300 workstations fully adapted to the health protocols established during the pandemic phase. This provision included 100% of the telecom services required by the client.


Results

Atento's strategic support has strengthened the partnership of over 10 years in a critical moment for the client's business. Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, the service continuity was maintained, and the contract was successfully renewed for another 36 months.
