Shifting from an inward to an outward focus?
I find that most senior client executives are open to participating in our VOC program because they want to learn more about what’s happening in their industries in terms of, for example, key trends, their competition, and future business opportunities. I understand this desire because I’ve been on the client side, having worked for a major bank.?
As such, I understand how organizations can become focused on the internal aspects of their business. CGI’s VOC program helps our clients focus outwardly, which leads to a greater understanding of new opportunities for business transformation and growth.?
