In the working place, the workers or employees must work for performing their assigned responsibilities. Sometimes, the working place becomes very risky and dangerous where building construction and types of machinery operational activities continue. So particularly in this place, every worker has to be very much sincere and both parties i.e., the workers or employees have some responsibilities to make the workplace safe and secure.
?Responsibilities of Workers and obligation:
?The workers who work in a dangerous building construction project and with machinery, particularly, have some special legal responsibilities and obligations to the authority as well as their co-workers. Some responsibilities have been described herein below:
?(a)???Where any worker of an establishment finds that any building or machinery thereof, which is ordinarily used by the workers, is in such a dangerous condition that it is likely to cause bodily injury to any worker at any time, he shall immediately inform the employer in writing.
?(b)????No worker in an establishment shall willfully misuse or interfere in the use of any system or appliance provided in the establishment for the purpose of securing the health, safety, or welfare of the workers therein.
?(c)???No worker in an establishment shall willfully or without reasonable cause do anything which is likely to endanger himself or any other person.

(d)??No worker in an establishment shall willfully neglect to make use of any appliance or system provided in the establishment for the purposes of securing the health or safety of the workers therein.
?Responsibilities of Employer/Authorities:
??If any dangerous situation arises in the working area and if the employer or authority receives such information from the workers or employees, the employer must take the initiative within 3(three) days to solve the problem or for improving the situation.
And if the Authority or employer fails to take appropriate measures on this matter within 3 (three) days and any worker is injured due to the use of such building or machinery, he shall be liable to pay compensation to the worker so injured at the rate of double of the compensation payable for such injury under Chapter VII.
