Providing Free Mentorship - That's what I enjoy most!
I was asked recently what keeps me going. I must admit that until November 2020 what I am doing now was not how I had anticipated the future. More on that next year.
?What does keep me alive and warms my heart on cold days is being able to provide free mentorship to those who have taken out a subscription with HTN. There are many projects ongoing, but these are two that I am involved with, and I would like to mention.
?I am assisting an organisation in Leicestershire with support for a series of breakfast meetings & awards. At a meeting tomorrow Registered Care Home Managers will be accompanied by a member of their staff who will receive Recognition for Outstanding Learning and Workplace Performance during 2023.?
?In the Southwest I am really enjoying helping an entrepreneurial care provider / trainer with Quality Assurance for her development of a 10 modular training programme for unpaid carers. It’s great to be involved in a project that I can already see will make a huge difference to unpaid carers and those they support.
?I know people are charging thousands of pounds for coaching & mentoring services, but I’m always happy to help any of the HTN Subscribers without additional charge when they ask for help.
