I can still remember our first social media post more than four years ago. I guess that’s what they mean when they say someone is passionate about their brand. You remember every single detail from the very beginning, because you’re immersed in it every day, and you’re involved in every aspect of the business from the day-to-day operations to social media, as you build your brand and bring it to life. I can’t tell you how important that is for me.
Social media is the ultimate place to give your brand a voice and we’ve been leading the way online in the meal prep bag category these past few years. It’s all about the voice of the brand and how you’re talking to your audience – what you want them to see, what you want them to hear, what you want them to think – it’s everything! It’s only by being immersed in it every single day that you understand what kind of impact social media can really have on your brand.
Every day is another opportunity to craft the voice of your brand and represent your vision. Whether it’s Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or Snapchat, every channel needs to reflect your message across the board. Every single piece of content, every post and communication needs to be done with care.
As a platform to serve your customers, social media can make a big impact. Often your social media channels are the first place customers will find you and should they want to get a hold of you, will be their target destination. So this is another aspect of social media that plays an important part in your customer experience. It’s here that we’ve been leading the way in the meal prep bag and prep accessory category because of our passion and hands-on approach to every aspect of the business. People know us for offering high quality products and that’s fantastic! There’s nothing better than being known for selling phenomenal products. But it’s our customer service relations that sets us apart.
Social media plays an important role in customer service because it shows how much you care about your customers. How you talk to them, how you handle customer service relations, everybody sees that and it makes a difference. That’s why I still personally post every single day on Facebook and Instagram because I absolutely care about how we treat our customers.
With this much passion, there’s no reason why we won’t continue to be the social media leader in the meal prep bag and meal prep accessory category.
