Back then, whenever I hear the word “strategy" the only thing I understood was it will help you make more money” ??

I don't know if we are many on this table ??

It took me time to understand that strategy is a process, there are certain laws to put in place to deploy strategies..


Now as an online solopreneur, seeking a strategy to build a business online, here's what I did …


1?? I made a detailed marketing plan that included my goals, target Audience, marketing channels and tactics..


My goals kept me on track everyday, I scratched out a WHY that fueled me up whenever I face down times..


From experience and passion I defined my target audience, people who would consume the efforts on which I work day and night for ..


Settling for a social media platform didn't just vary from preference, but from a place of my target audience's activeness, where they spend much time one matters..


These are the first steps to follow when starting out..


The second phase goes down to your content marketing..


I categorize this is 4 parts:

Positioning: This is your eyes, the display you show people to perceive you to be this or that.


If you get this wrong, you get every other thing wrong too..

If you are talented in so many skills, keep it, just showcase that one you want to be known for, remember you are building a reputation.

Intentionality when it comes to this spot matters squarely.


Tone: This brag you out uniquely. Every business has its tone of messaging, discover yours and consistently key into that.


Now this helps your audience spot you wherever you show up easily, it's an indicator of your presence and a magnet too..


Authenticity: This is the highest form of it..

With this gotten rightly, you don't even need any form of paid ads, it's a matter of being real.

What's your experience

What's your purpose

Why your product/service


It doesn't need to be complicated, just be authentic, let your audience see you for who you are, let the connection be strong.

In all let your form of content marketing rover around being educativé, entertaining, informative and inspiring all to your audience benefit..


Down to 3rd phase, social media marketing… .


At this point you are to settle for a social media platform where your audience is most active and why is that?


Research has shown that over 200 million people sign up on social media platforms daily, this obviously means your ideal audience/client are users too..


If you don't establish a presence, you'd be one step away from your potential clients..


Social media is the highest form to generate leads organically now, it's the target.

When it comes to social media, there are several things to consider:


Algorithm: These are rules, signals that government the platform operation. This algorithm determines how content is being filtered, ranked, selected and recommended to users..


It's the algorithm that determines your content going viral, that's why the algorithm is the first thing you seduce when venturing into any social media platform.


As much as the algorithm influences our choice and what is seen on social media, it's important you squarely face your purpose and not get too distracted pleasing the algorithm.


Engagement: This works on all platforms, and it goes thus: scratch my back and I scratch your back..


To thrive on any platform you must imbibe the rule of engaging with other creators, this is not just to give you visibility but foster relationships amongst yourselves.


Consistency: This is the father of all results.

On any platform at all, after applying all that you need to do, what scales you and get you recognized is consistency.


People want to deal with one who is focused, consistent and tenacious…


Consistency is beyond just posting daily on social media, it ranks from your positioning, comportment, tone and efforts …


Your ideal clients see you, they only want to know how daring you can pull more …


All these steps are what I have done, still doing and many creators as well are still doing..

This is the best strategy you can learn and implement today if you are looking to thrive in this space.
