Proven 9-step process to make your first $100,000 as an online coach

I started my coaching business back in 2010. My first launch made 500 euros—not much, I know. But instead of quitting, I saw it as an opportunity to learn and grow. My next launch made over 5,000 euros, and later I surpassed the 20,000-euro mark. After years of learning and practice, I finally had my first 100,000-euro month.

You can do it too. There’s no doubt. You just need to:

  • Know exactly WHAT to do
  • DO it

That’s all. Believe me, you can absolutely achieve this.

Next, I’ll share my simple yet powerful strategy for making your first $100,000 as an online coach. Here's exactly what I did, so feel free to copy:

  1. Decide what you want to be known for I started by reflecting on what I was good at and the problems I could solve. I knew I could teach people how to build an e-commerce store, find products, and grow sales quickly. I wanted to be known as an e-commerce expert.
  2. Create a Lead Magnet I developed a free resource (lead magnet) that provided value to my audience. In that free ebook, I outlined how to build a store, find products, and grow sales, plus additional advice.
  3. Build Your Email List by Driving Traffic with Organic Social Media and Paid Ads I used both social media and paid ads to drive traffic to my lead magnet. People downloaded it in exchange for their email address, allowing me to build my email list (my most valuable asset).
  4. Nurture Your Contacts With a growing list, I consistently sent valuable content to nurture these new leads, offering actionable insights for free.
  5. Direct Traffic to a Sales Webinar After nurturing my audience, I invited them to a sales webinar. The webinar delivered even more value while subtly introducing my paid offer.
  6. Engage With Your Leads After the webinar, people got excited and wanted to know more. I engaged with my leads, replying to emails, asking questions, and even letting them call me. This built TRUST, which helped me sell much more.
  7. Close Sales via Email Post-webinar, I sent a series of follow-up emails, reinforcing the value I offered and driving conversions.
  8. Run Your Course or Coaching Program While Building It I presold my course and built it along the way.
  9. Rinse and Repeat What next? I LEARNED from my launch and did it again. With one product, I've been able to repeat this process for years.

This step-by-step process helped me make my first 100,000 euros by collecting an audience, building trust, engaging consistently, and delivering value every step of the way.
