This weekend, I was incredibly proud to be inaugurating our new beautiful golf course, La Réserve Golf Links in Bel Ombre.

This evening and venue held a truly special significance for me as they marked significant strides in sustainable development and economic prosperity.?

The grand opening of La Réserve Golf Links in Bel Ombre is a landmark event for the Rogers Group , further enhanced by its recent recognition as a GEO Certified? Development. This recognition is a vital milestone in our continuous pursuit of sustainable development and improving community well-being, aligning seamlessly with our commitment to creating "Meaningful Change."?

With the inauguration of this new Golf course and its GEO certification, we reaffirm our pioneering role and dedication to setting new environmental standards for Golf.

Our sustainability approach embraces the triple bottom line: Prosperity, People, and Planet, aligning with our GEO Certified status. At La Réserve Golf Links, our teams have applied measures like restricting development in ecologically sensitive areas, establishing buffer zones near water bodies, and planting native species to enhance biodiversity. Our resource management practices are targeted and responsible, emphasising water and energy efficiency, sustainable sourcing, and waste minimisation.??

At Rogers, we prioritise local community support through employment and employee well-being and engage in collaborative sustainability projects. Notably, 26% of our workforce, which amounts to over 1260 employees, comes from Bel Ombre and the surrounding areas. These initiatives are vital in driving socio-economic and environmental advancement, thereby bolstering the positive impact of the golf industry.

This landmark golf course stands as a special achievement for the Rogers Group and a distinguished part of the Heritage Golf Club.?
