Your dentition is unique to you and you should wear them proudly. Perhaps you may not be able to do much about your dentition in terms of the arrangement but you can be more intentional about taking care of them. Your oral health is important to your overall well-being. Your whole body feels a toothache just as much as it feels a headache. Protect your mouth from dental caries and gum diseases by adhering to simple but health-profiting actions like:
- Brush regularly (twice according to experts),
- Eat less sugar,
- Floss after meals.
Today, being March 20th, we celebrate world oral health day - #WOHD2021 and I want you to be proud of your mouth.
On this day, I am committing to eating less sugar to improve my oral health. What's your commitment? Kindly type in the comment section.
