Systemic change occurs when we work together, educate each other, and commit to diversity, equity, and inclusion as a continuous process. That’s why I’m thrilled to serve as an advisor to The National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Center for Inclusive Governance and to celebrate the Center’s official launch!?

This Center unifies under one platform thought leadership, tools, and events that will advance an organization's board diversity efforts. While there’s much progress to be made, institutions like the Center for Inclusive Governance are critical to finding the solutions we need to create more equitable leadership throughout corporate America.
