Have you heard Framingham Heart Study started back in 1948 and gave us a deep understanding of cardiovascular risks prevention tools.

And I’m thrilled to share that I’ve joined the UK's largest ever health research program, [Our Future Health](https://ourfuturehealth.org.uk). This groundbreaking initiative aims to gather health data from five million volunteers over the age of 18 from across the UK, to create a monumental resource that could significantly enhance how we prevent, detect, and treat diseases well into the future.

By contributing my data and participating in clinical trials, I am not just a participant but a proactive member striving to forge a path toward a healthier tomorrow. This program not only allows researchers to study and utilize this extensive database beyond 2025 but also includes volunteers like me for life unless we choose to withdraw.

The benefits of participating in this program are twofold:
